The Public Association Legal Clinic Comrat offers the following services to its beneficiaries:

Providing primary legal assistance

- informing about their rights and ways to protect them in an extrajudicial and judicial order,

- clarification of current legislation;

- providing extracts from regulations;

- information on the procedure for submitting applications to the state authorities for the protection of their rights;

- assistance in drafting legal documents (statements, complaints, appeals).

Providing qualified legal assistance:

- preparing statements of claim;

- representation of beneficiaries' interests in national courts (in cases where the organisation has the financial capacity for the specific type of activity)

All types of services are provided free of charge to beneficiaries. 

The above services are provided only in the field of civil relations: e.g. registration of inheritance rights, family relations, land, protection of social rights, labour relations, etc.
