Public Association Legal Clinic Comrat announces a call for proposals for the selection of two monitors to conduct sociological research on the territory of ATU Gagauzia to identify the actual situation and existing needs of young people NEET within the project "Support to NEET youth in Gagauzia".

(NEET Youth (Not in Education, Employment or Training) - generation of young people who are not currently employed, educated or involved in any type of training, due to various economic, social or political factors)

The project "NEET Youth Support in Gagauzia" is implemented by Public Association "Legal clinic Comrat". The project is funded by the European Union and co-funded by Sweden. The project is implemented by East Europe Foundation in partnership with National Youth Council of Moldova, Partner Development Center and Agency for Regional Development.

Purpose of the project: To contribute to the empowerment of young people NEET, residing on the territory of the ATU Gagauzia, by analyzing their needs and compiling on their basis a complex Program of support and involvement of young people NEET in socio-economic life of the region

The goal of the contest is to choose two monitors who will help by interviewing beneficiaries (young people NEET) on the spot (localities of the ATU Gagauzia) by answering some questionnaires.

The selected monitors will provide the following services:

Visits to the localities in the region, according to the approved schedule;
Interviewing the beneficiaries directly;
Filling of the thematic questionnaire;
Collecting the questionnaires and handing them over to the project coordinator.
*Before the start of the planned activities, the monitors will be instructed.

Monitors are responsible for:

Performing in a timely, quality and complete manner their duties as outlined in the service agreement;
Demonstrating a responsible and correct attitude in the performance of their duties;
Providing truthful, complete and complete information and reports;
- Damage caused to the association, including its image, by the improper execution or non-execution of instructions;

- Timely notification to the organization of non-standard/unforeseen situations.

Experience and skill requirements:

Proficiency in Russian, Gagauzian is a must, Romanian (welcome);
Effective communication, both written and verbal;
Experience and skills in participating in such activities.
Term of Contract:

A service contract will be entered into with the monitors. The contract will be for 2 months from the start of the contract.

Financial Proposal:

Candidates must submit a financial proposal.

The financial proposal should include a total lump sum for specific and measurable results.

The financial proposal should include a lump sum structure (including taxes, fees).

Transportation costs will be covered by the organization.

The project is implemented at a VAT rate of 0%.

Candidate's participation documents will include:

        CV (Resume);
       A letter stating the motivation for which the candidate(s) considers themselves suitable for the position;
Financial Proposal.
Criteria for evaluating offers:

Two monitors must be selected to provide the requested services.

The evaluation criteria will consist of:

a) Technical evaluation (60%) - experience and skills.

b) Financial Evaluation (40%).

* Only pre-selected participants will be invited for an interview, which will be conducted online.
