"Comrat Legal Clinic" is improving its work through the implementation of the Methodology for the evaluation and monitoring system of the organization. The document will improve the performance of the organization, identify weaknesses and will allow the development of a correct strategy for the development of the organization.

After implementing the methodology, the staff of the "Legal Clinic Komrat" will be trained to use the methodology in their work in order to achieve the desired results. 

"The appearance of this methodology is an important step forward for our organization. Now we will better assess our work, see the mistakes and correct them in time," said Natalia Baurculu, chairwoman of the Comrat Legal Clinic.

The methodology of the evaluation and monitoring system of the organization was developed within the project "Protection of rights of vulnerable and marginalized people living in the ATU Gagauzia". The project is implemented by the public association "Legal Clinic Comrat", as a beneficiary organization in the project "Improving efficiency and access to justice in Moldova", implemented by UNDP Moldova in partnership with the Institute for Criminal Reform, with financial support from Sweden.
