Comrat Legal Clinic improves its organization

Comrat Legal Clinic is improving its institutional activity through the development and implementation of important internal documents for a better organization of the work with its beneficiaries.

It is about the Methodology for interaction and communication with the beneficiaries of the organization (local institutions), including through communication and educational strategies. Also, there were developed the Regulations on management (work) of volunteers and the Methodology for consulting the beneficiaries through online platforms: Skype, the website of the organization.

According to Natalia Baurculu, chairwoman of the Comrat Legal Clinic, the documents developed are very important for the development of the organization. "These methodologies will allow us to improve our work and facilitate internal procedures. I am sure we will actively use them, and our beneficiaries will feel the effects", said Natalia Baurculu.

The documents have been developed within the project "Protection of rights of vulnerable and marginalized people living in ATU Gagauzia", implemented by the Public Association "Legal Clinic Comrat", as beneficiary organization in the UNDP Moldova project "Increasing efficiency and access to justice in Moldova", implemented in partnership with the Penal Reform Institute with financial support from Sweden.
