Donor: Local grants program based on the Single EU Support Mechanism granted to the Republic of Moldova (2017-2020) under the European Neighborhood Instrument is implemented under the project "Empowerment of citizens in the Republic of Moldova" (2019-2021), funded by the European Union and implemented by the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ). Regional partners of the project to increase citizen engagement in the ATU Gagauzia region are the NGO European Center "Pro-Europa" in Comrat and the National Center for NGO Support and Information in Moldova CONTACT.
